The Ordering Process:
- Pick a bag.
- Request a quote.
- Send us a complete "Customer Information Sheet" and Artwork (or let us design something for you).
- You approve artwork proof & final costs including shipping.
- We move your order into production.
- When complete, we box & ship via UPS ground & we email you a tracking number.
The Artwork Requirements:
- Vector based graphic files.
- (EPS, AI, PDF) with OUTLINED FONTS.
- Image files such as jpeg and gifs are fine, but there is a conversion fee.
- The dimensions and imprint area are listed in the details section of each bag.

Customer Service was great. The reusable bag is nice, has a nice imprint area. The bag is large. It's just a little flimsy. I'll probably order a different bag, but this one is GREAT for the price.

great bag for give-aways. the imprint was quality and detailed, and very large. that's the main reason i went with this bag. i couldn't give it 5 stars because our order had a few defected bags (about 10 out of 2,500). holden reimbursed us for the defects, so that was nice.

This bag was ok. It's a little weak and flimsy. I don't really recommend this bag mainly b/c of the. It does have a large imprint area which was really nice for advertising, but I will be choosing a different bag for our next order.
